I guess? In the sense that there's that one thing that you're meant to be/to do.
But I don't think it's a given. Once you know what it is you need to work at it. Make it happen.
Hardest part is seeing what it is so clearly that you can commit to the path.
And you might still be wrong, and only realise that it wasn't the right path until later.
