None of these are Yan-books but a few of my favourites are as follows: 

  • Holes
  • The Outsiders
  • The Rule Of Three Trilogy
  • The Silver Eyes Trilogy

 I can't remember if I've read any that have satisfied me yet but have you tried books under the "Dark Romance" Genre? You might find some you like.

oohh no longer human by dazai(i like the manga and the original)

this one is NOT for the weak.its technically a suicide not the author khs after writing it
